I've been supporting people and systems through change for over 20 years — 15 years from the inside, today as a professional companion.
Fifteen years in companies, much of that in leadership roles — all the way to executive management. Today I work independently as a coach, mediator, consultant, and trainer. I know both worlds: the complexity of organizations and the inner dynamics of the people who carry them.
I create spaces where real presence becomes possible. Where clarity can emerge without harshness. Depth without heaviness.
My work connects outer dynamics with inner movement. I stay with it, even when it gets serious. For this, I stand today on a broad professional ground that has grown over all these years.

A training for people who work with change in organizations and sense that models and project structures alone are not enough.
We explore what really shapes change in organizations: stability and stance, direction and resonance, resistance and conflict, effectiveness and integration.
What to expect:
- 5 months of genuine mentoring rather than front-of-the-room training
- A small, committed group (5–10 participants)
- 7 full days of intensive online sessions
- A central workbook as a space for thinking and reflection
- Continuous work on your own real-life practice cases
- Optional individual 1:1 coaching
